The Three Week Beast program is a physically demanding and high-intensity exercise program. It is extremely important that you listen to your body, use common sense, take breaks, and hydrate as needed to avoid injury and help prevent serious medical conditions, such as rhabdomyolysis, a rare but potentially lethal threat impacting people who have not let their muscles adapt to difficult workouts. Only you can know if you are in sufficient physical condition to safely perform this exercise program.

If at any time you feel you are exercising beyond your current fitness abilities, or you feel any discomfort, pain, dizziness, or nausea, you should discontinue exercise immediately and reconsider your use of the program or the particular exercise routine.

The Three Week Beast program is designed for you to utilize your own body weight.  You should not modify, substitute or alter the exercise program to include weights or other equipment.  Serious injury can result from the modification of the Three Week Beast program as presented by the use of weights or other equipment.  Improper form or use of equipment can cause serious and permanent injury.  Always make sure that your exercise area is clear of any obstacles, including other people, furniture and pets, before you begin exercising. 

If your minor child is using the Three Week Beast program, you should review each exercise session before your child begins the workout to assess your child’s age and fitness abilities to determine whether they should undertake the Three Week Beast program workouts.  Please consult with your child’s physician prior to beginning the Three Week Beast program and ensure that the child understand the exercises presented and all safety instructions before they begin the program. 

If your child experiences any pain or discomfort, you should immediately discontinue the child's workout and consult your child's medical provider.  The Three Week Beast program recommends that you supervise your child at all times that they are using the Three Week Beast program.

If you, or your child, have any unique or special medical conditions, such as if you're pregnant, or if you have a history of knee, ankle, shoulder, or spinal (back or neck) problems, you must consult with a competent and reliable physician to understand all risks, and complications of using this program, and receive authorization from them before beginning. Failure to do so could result in significant injury to you and others. By using this program, you assume all dangers, hazards, and risks of injury in the use of this program.

You hereby agree that, to the extent permitted by law, that Three Week Beast LLC, its parent company, employees and affiliates will not be liable to any person or entity for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by any workouts advice, or any information offered as part of the Three Week Beast program.  You further, to the extent permitted by law, agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Three Week Beast LLC for any all claims made by any person as a result of your, or your child’s use, of the Three Week Beast program.
